Every appraiser's situation is unique. If your situation has special circumstances or if you are unsure of anything, please call us at (800) 617-3513 for assistance today. The following are meant only as general guidelines.

1. How often do I need to renew my real estate appraisal license?
Each state has appraisal license continuing education requirements. To learn more about specific continuing education requirements for your state, please visit Allied's course information page.
2. Why should I take my renewal courses from Allied Appraisal School?
Allied has developed appraisal renewal courses specifically for busy adults. The curriculum is designed so our students can complete the courses in the quickest possible manner. Allied's no-nonsense, practical approach to teaching appraisal skills helps you apply what you learn immediately in your appraisal career. Allied offers a student services department. With this assistance, along with our trained counselors, help is only a phone call away. Allied uses the most up-to-date materials available so you have everything you need to complete the course successfully from the moment you start.
3. Why should I take a distance education course instead of a live class?
Distance learning allows you to take the class when YOU HAVE THE TIME! You don't need to rush home from a hard day's work just to get to a crowded classroom. With Allied's courses you don't need to worry about the hassles of parking, babysitting, extra gas, and wasted time driving back and forth to classes. You may take up to a year to complete the course in your spare time. Allied's student service department is always ready to provide help if you need it!
