For TX appraiser trainees (Requires annual renewal), you must satisfy state CE requirements with:

  • 14 hours of appraiser continuing education courses for each annual renewal.
  • Every two years, the 14 hours of continuing education courses must include USPAP update.

For TX Certified General, Certified Residential, State Licensed, or Provisional Licensed real estate appraisers, you must satisfy state CE requirements with:

  • 28 hours of continuing education every two years, 7 hours of which should be USPAP update.
