Utah Appraisal License Renewal Requirements

Appraisal licenses are valid for a two-year period and must be renewed no sooner than six weeks prior to and no later than the expiration date. Per the Division of Real Estate, you need to complete at least 28 hours of appraisal continuing education courses, including the 7-hour National USPAP Update Course every two years.
